    Hi,

Is there a simple way to change the manager user with username ’admin’ to instead say the post was created by the ’full name’ in the users profile?

Failing this, is there a way I could just change any manager that posts on Jot to have a default text name. I just don’t want to have to change my manager user name in order to change who the post was from.

    Thanks.

If this is still relevant to you, the easiest way to get the Jot comment posting to display the full name and not the username is to amend the default template.
There are two ways to do this... drag /assets/snippets/jot/templates/chunk.comment.inc.html off the server and amend line six, replacing userinfo=`username` with userinfo=`fullname` and re-uploading it.

Or a more permanent fix (i.e. one you won’t need to repeat on the site should you upgrade MODx or Jot) is to take the contents of chunk.comment.inc.html and turn it into a chunk, amending the userinfo=`username` as you go and then you can reference it in your Jot call by adding in: &tplComments=`yourJotCommentChunk`.
