Is there any page that shows the default templates (chunks?) used by Jot?

If you mean what the comment section looks like on the page with default templates and css, I have it almost default on my site. The default styles were close to matching the rest of my site so I didn’t change them much. You can see it at the bottom of the page here:

      http://stomple.com/gifts-kids-love-that-cost-pennies

I did make a couple minor changes. The comment titles were larger by default, I made them a bit smaller. The comment poster’s name is not bold by default. Jot shows the comment poster’s post count, but I took that out as it wasn’t working correctly. Each comment by default had a top margin of 10px, I added margins to the sides.

The actual comment form is not styled, so it’s using the site’s css for the forms. But everything else on the form is the way it is by default, except I added the (will not be published or shared) to the email label.

Other than that, that’s the way it looks out of the box.

The Reader Comments: heading I have there is not part of Jot.

You can find the jot default template files in the assets/snippets/jot/templates folder.

I think that you can also use your own custom chunks (or edit the template files) with the Template Parameters:

Ok, that was what I meant... I think it should be useful to put readable on the wiki, because otherwise, if I want to change the style of the form, for example, I have to
          1) download the assets/snippet/jot/templates thing
          2) look inside it what to select with css
          3) change the style accordingly

in the wiki page there is some parameter to change the style class name, but it refers only to rowAlter rowMe and rowAuthor, not things inside them

and... is there somewhere some explanation of the placeholders in the templates and how to use them?

          thanks

Okey, I’ve tried using &tplComments=’’ where I put {{jot_rus}} chunk which looks like default template just for testing. Jot outputs back on my page:

            [[Jot? &subscribe=`1` &pagination=`4` &docid=’18’ &tplComments=`
            `:esc+]`+]
            Posts:
            `:then=` New comment `:else=` Comment `:strip+]
            [+jot.moderation.enabled:is=`1`:then=` Delete Comment [+comment.published:is=`0`:then=` Publish Comment `+] [+comment.published:is=`1`:then=` Unpublish Comment `+] `:strip+] `:is=``:or:if=``:is=`1`:then=` Edit Comment `:strip+]

            Reply # on :
            [+comment.editedon:isnt=`0`:then=` Last Edit: by `+] ">`+]
            `]]

How can I engage the templating in Jot???
