    Good Afternoon,

The Moderator parameter for Jot is not working for my site at all. Although I’ve read most of the postings concerning this, nothing could fix my problem.

    The Jot code is:
    [!Jot? &subscribe=’0’ &pagination=’2’ &moderated=’1’ &notify=’2’ &captcha=’1’ &canmoderate=’Moderator’ &subjectModerate=’Vertex Blog Post’!]

Basically I don’t want users’ comments to be immediately seen. I want to approve them before they post. I set up a web group called ’Moderator’ and added a one user. But when I test it, the comments are still seen.

I am using Jot version 1.

    Thanks

I am sure you have done this (but in case you haven’t). smiley

Log out of MODx and do a CTRL+F5 (cache clear reload) the page?

Are you really using single quotes in the snippet call? You shouldn’t.. use backticks (`) instead. Eg:

        [!Jot? &subscribe=`0` &pagination=`2` &moderated=`1` &notify=`2` &captcha=`1` &canmoderate=`Moderator` &subjectModerate=`Vertex Blog Post`!]

Good catch doze, I missed that and it really stops snippets in their tracks.
