Putting more than one comment in a page row

Hi,
You know that the newest comment will place in new page line after submitting a comment
Is it possible to put more than one comment in ONE row(page row, not comment row), for example(my purpose):
first comment place at left side and next comment place at right side, next two-comments go to next line(row) and.... .
if it is possible, would you tell me how??

I have another question too,
is it possible to specify a comment to show on top of all comments with a especial style?

Thanks
