Default template and public posting

Sorry for being stupid today, but I can’t figure out how to get the default form to display the name/email fields. I see the code has a conditional, but can’t figure out how to satisfy it. (version 1.0.1)

If you are not logged in you should see them.

not logged in as a manager while being in the frontend.
+ not logged in a a webuser while being in the frontend.

if this is not the case something else is going on.

Like I said, being stupid today. That’s pretty obvious...
