This little update adds the "edited on/by" line (ala SMF) to the default comment template.

Add this to the CSS file (jot.css)
```
.jot-editby {font-size: 10px;color: #666666;font-style: italic;}
```
Add this somewhere in the comment template
```
[+comment.editedon:isnt=`0`:then=`
 <span class="jot-editby">Last Edit: [+comment.editedon:date=`%B %d, %Y, %H:%M:%S`+] 
by [+comment.editedby:userinfo=`username`+]</span>  
`+] 
```
