Reflect - choose month & year from dropdown list

Hi, I’ve tried to make an archive with Reflect. Everything works great, except that I need this archive to have separate dropdown lists for year and month. When user chooses a year the month list activates. So, I’ve tried to apply the html+js code I have but there is one problem.

Seems like there needs to be [+wrapper+] in &tplYear chunk in order for the months to show. So it has to be either a tree-like structure or a wordpress style archive. Is there any way to make separate dropdowns? Any ideas will be really appreciated! Thanks.
