I’ve installed newsfeed on http://www.cncdepot.net/123/115.rss, I made sure the document is not cached, made a mimetype application/xml, yet it doesn’t work because when I view the feed the mimetype is text/html! It’s also text/html when I set the mimetype to text/xml.

What am I doing wrong huh

[edit]OK, so it appears that none of the mimetype’s are being send. Every document is text/html. What can I do about it huh [/edit]

You have to add mime-types in System Configuration.

      See the screen-shot:

      Select template "(blank)".

after that you must select text/xml from content disposition menu, when editing the document.

It appears that you are appending .rss to the url for this document

In MODx as of now that does not automatically happen.

So the actual url would be

            http://www.cncdepot.net/123/115

Also, which version of the NewsFeed snippet are you using?
