Ditto Short / Long TPL

at this moment i got a news section.

I call it as [[Ditto? &parents=`2` &tpl=`tplNews`]] on main page
Which will show a small summary of news items and a link to the item selected which contains content of the selected item.
But how do I give the final link an own template where i just can make the layout in html and call [[+content]] ?

It seems i can give templates in every step until i reach the last step and i dont know where to put the call for the template.

Once you get to the full item from the link generated by Ditto and placeholders, you are just in the document, with Ditto playing no part in its presentation. It’s exactly the same as if you had entered the URL of the document in your browser. The template is the site template in its "Uses template" field.

ah k thx so it basically means that i need to create a whole new template just for a news item or do i have it wrong?
talking about templates now, how do i load a template in a template? like loading a header and footer in.
