This is probably fairly obvious.
Using the sample install site, I want to display the following in the "Just a pretend, older post" page (18)..
Page author
Date published
Tags
e.g.
Author: Bertie Bloggs, Date: 21 March 2010
Tags: test mod development
What is the syntax for this please? Some or all of this may be Ditto.

What is displayed by the actual individual blog page itself has nothing to do with Ditto. Ditto merely gathers up (aggregates) the blog pages and generates a list of them; while the summary blocks it creates for each item are taken from the individual documents, it has nothing to do with what is in those documents to begin with.
For the document itself to display that content, you’ll need snippets to process the raw data to viewable format. You can use phx as well for some of these
