According to the Ditto support site and comments in the code, the default value of the
&seeThruUnpub Ditto parameter is supposed to be
`0` (don’t show children of unpublished parents). But I find that in practice it’s set to
`1`. I’ve checked in Evolution 1.0.0 and 1.0.2. The relevant snippet code reads

I.e. make it `1` unless it’s explicitly set to something else. Has this always been so? If there’s been a change, it might affect some older sites; otherwise it’s just confusing mis-documentation.
