HTML Form call to filter results

Is this possible with Ditto?

2 Template variables:

1. Month

2. Price

Create two drop downs with list of months and list of price.

User submits the form and ditto ’filters’ and returns all docs matching the month and price TV.

If so, any idea of sample code to get me going please.
