I’d like to edit the tplPaginateNext and tplPaginatePrevious, but I can’t find what the default looks like
in particular, I don’t know what the place holder would be for the links (next/prev)
any ideas where I can find the default template?

If you call Ditto multiple times and use &id=`something` you
need to adjust placeholders. E.g. [+something_next+]
