I’ve had a good look through the forums and have yet to find a solution to this issue. I’m not sure if it’s wholly a pagination issue (or just me), but I’d like to know what people think - here’s the problem:
I have a container, ’Videos’, and the child resources are the videos/video info.
’Videos’ is not a visible page, it redirects to the first child. So when you click on ’Videos’, it actually takes you to ’Video1’. Each of the videos pages has the relevant embedded video at the top, and thumbnail links to ALL the videos below (via a Ditto call), with an active class set so the thumbnail for the current video being watched looks different.
The problem comes when the number of videos increases to the point where pagination is needed. The pagination works ok, but when you go to the second page of videos and click a thumbnail to view that video, you are taken to that video page (as expected), but the list of videos below the player returns to the first page of results, as opposed to the second, which the (active) link for the video you would be watching is on.
What I would really like is, if you are watching a video from the second page of results, the ditto call/list of videos shows the second page of results, NOT the first. Is this possible?
Any ideas or help would be hugely appreciated.

I’ve had a trawl through more Ditto related docs and posts, and have a better understanding of what I need to achieve, but I still don’t know how to actually get to that point.
I now know that I need to manipulate the &start parameter, but I don’t think `5` in the Ditto call will work. When you are viewing a video from the first page of results, the first page of thumbnails wants to be shown below. But if on the second page (so the URL would read url?start=5), when you click on one of those thumbnails, the ditto call for that page you are taken to wants the &start parameter to remain url?start=5, not return to url?start=0, which it currently does.
So, I think I need the &start parameter to change dynamically, but I’m at a loss for how to do this.
