You can sort the tree by a variety of parameters (Folder, resource title, ID, menu index, creation date, edited date, looking at the dropdown list in MODx 1.0.2).
Similarly, you have the choice of any built-in field or template variable to use when sorting your Ditto results, using the
&orderBy parameter to name the field(s) and direction(s) by whcih and in which to sort (and sub-sort). See

Unless you mean you want to keep your Ditto sorting in synch with the tree, which I somehow doubt, but I dare say it’s possible.

P.S. This has prompted a close look at the sort choices in the manager, and the observation that "
Resource’s title" appears twice in it.
