Hi, I’m new to modx so please go easy on me
Basically, we’re rebuilding a website and I need to replicate an archive of pdfs (
http://crusaderresources.com/IR_asx.php). So, I currently have a container (id:66) holding a bunch of pages with a ’file’ template variable containing a link to a PDF.
I’m just not sure how I go about getting all the documents for the current year.
I have tried putting the following to get all the documents for 2010:
[!Ditto?parents=`66`&debug=`1`&display=`all`&filter=`pub_date,@EVAL return strtotime(’-1 year’);,6`!]
And then this for getting all the other documents in the ’archive’ page:
[!Ditto?parents=`66`&debug=`1`&display=`all`&filter=`pub_date,@EVAL return strtotime(’-1 year’);,5`!]
But it doesn’t seem to work properly?
I am thinking I will need to use Reflect for the archive pages so that I can split it up into years, like what is done here:

If someone could please point me in the right direction that would be great!
