I’ve a problem with "Umlauts" in my news archive - everywhere else in MODx incl. ditto news-listing they work just fine but not in the news archive.
In my reflect config file I’ve the following:

$monthSortDir = 'desc';

$dateFormat = '%d. %b. %Y'; // '%d. %B %Y, %H:%M:%S'
$language = 'german';
check the mysql table - all the settings seem to be o.k. and match - actually, locally it works - the problem is just on the server.
By the way, when I change MODx to iso-8859-1 from utf 8, the dates in ditto/reflect are correct but then the content is screwed up?!
