The most basic Ditto question - how do I add articles?

Hi there,

Total noob with modx/ditto, making a news article page.

I understand how ditto works and how to set it up on my pages etc but there’s one vital thing that I don’t know how to do and I can’t find the answer anywhere:
How do I imput the articles??

Do I have to make a tv? or do I create child pages under the parent where I want to display the articles? Or what?

You will need to add child articles that live under the parent article.

I will assume the structure is like this:

+ News (1)
-> Article 1
-> Article 2
-> Article 3

Put your ditto call inside the News (1) page and make it start at (1), this should output articles 1, 2, 3.
