Ditto is using the feed URL in the link parameter in the RSS header instead of the site url or blog url and there doesn’t appear to be a way to override this using Ditto parameters. Rather than editing rss.format.inc.php, here is a workaround.
In your feed document, add the header above the Ditto call and put in the site_url for the link field:

The &header parameter with a space will keep Ditto from outputting the standard header and the one already sent will be used.
