[closed] explorer white space in forms

how to delete the white space shows in explorer when put a form
its into a table and a lot of combinations and couldent take off
in firefox dont show

is for a realstate company web im doing now the sistem isnt in modx because im in the level of the realstate program but when its done the contents of the site i made whith modx

whith a dashed line in imputbox and a orange button for submit.
i put the form code in diferent options and ever in explorer add a blankline down
it happen too making a form in html in a editor like dreamweaver is not a problem
of the php when i publish the form in dreamweaver whith a table down the form
it give a extraline too. (is not the first time it happen to me) and dont want to make the form in flash

can publish in internet explorer and firefox and show the diference
search is flash but the problem is html here is a pic atached to show the diference
