Problem with News Publisher

I had installed TP3.2 in a new site.....very very very cool nice works!!
I’ve tried to use NewsPublisher, with RichText input and seems to work,

[[NewsPublisher? &folder=`2` &formtpl=`NewsForm` &rtcontent=`tvRTContent`]]

complete all fields and click submit..it’s Ok
But when I login in the manager - there is no document in the folder number 2 - there is no new documents in the root or other folders...

The snippet needs to be called like so [!snippetname!] to prevent caching.
