I know this may be obvious to some, but I have a project where I want to use ditto to build a list from multiple documents with a TV that is a text value for client name. The only thing is, there are duplicate client names and I only want to return one instance of the client name, and filter out any duplicates of the client name.
I don’t think it would work to do something like:
&filter=`[+clientName+],[+clientName+],1` as this would just return nothing.
My head has been completely busted by logic issues this week on a simple two language site- so I’ve a headache a mile wide and need someone to just point me in the right direction.
Any ideas?

Never mind- a bit of a google search gave me a link to the Ditto extender distinct. Haven’t deployed it yet, but looks like it will do the job!
