Can anyone tell me where I can download TinyMCE for the latest release of 3.1?

No prob! In fact, I’ll create a new topic for testing the TinyMCE plugin. There are some pending changes to be made for the Resource Browser that might effect how the plugin works...but you should still be able to play with it a bit.
