You need to use the &hiddenFields parameter in your Ditto call to get Ditto to recognise the TVs. So your Ditto call should look like:

If you have more than one TV you want to include, add them as a comme separated list e.g. &hiddenFields=`myTV1,myTV2,myTV3`
You can then use the placeholders normally like [+myTV+].
