template variable ticker

hello is posibol to setup the tv ticker to start quicly on page load not to wait more time than the delay time put in tv
i prefer the start showing is none or just the delay i put is for a easy page whith less content and when it strat showing is too late
because all is full reading.

I think the javascript happens to load after the page, so I’m afraid it would take someone a bit more well versed in all things JS than me to develop an alternative.

I tested ticker
I’ve got <script> </script> with some code inserted in the main page but nothing happend.
Is there somethig special do to, specific library to call?
May be I don’t use it with the correct form so could you send an exemple
