feature request: relative urls to absolute also in html

Hi,

I have a small feature request. If I’m right relative urls are converted to absolute urls when output type is something else than html. In some cases it might also be handy to be able to convert to absolute anyway, even in html. Could this be added as a parameter ( relToAbs for example, just like the function), default false, but when used true? If that is possible, that would be awesome. And if not, still a happy camper

Meanwhile, you can edit the tpl and add [(site_url)] to the links:
```
<a href="[(site_url)][~[+id+]~]">Link</a>
```
Is there a way to make an extender that would do this?
