I’m trying to create a document that contains all my blog posts in their entirety. I can’t seem to create a Ditto call that will do this - I can manage one that provides all the introtext, but still has the document content behind a "Read More" link. The following is the call I currently have, although I’ve tried a few different things:
[[Ditto? &startID=`2` &display=`all` &total=`all` &tpl=`ditto_blog` &paginate=`1` &extenders=`summary,dateFilter` &trunc=`0` &paginateAlwaysShowLinks=`1` &tagData=`myTags` &tagDelimiter=`, `]]
I assume the problem lies with the summary extender specifying just the introtext, but I’m not sure how to change that so the document content is also displayed. Can this be done, and if so, can someone help me with how?
(Additionally, I’d like the comments that have been made displayed on this page with their respective posts, so if you have any ideas on that those would be welcome too.)

You need to use the [+summary+] placeholder for the summary or the [+content+] placeholder for the entire content.
Also if you do not want the summary you do not need the &extenders=`summary` &trunc=`0` parameters.
Thank you! I knew it was something like that, but for some reason just couldn’t get it right. Now I have exactly what I want, including the comments.
