Character problem in ditto template output

This part of the ditto call:

<strong>[+createdby:userinfo=`fullname`+] </strong>

is displaying incorrectly here in Siân Berry’s name:

http://www.sianberry.org.uk/blog.html

Does anyone know why this may be? Elsewhere (non-ditto) it appears correctly.

Looks like the header is a graphic.

I have had issues with creating a Mexican restaurant menu with all the special characters. I hard coded the specific ones by hand to guarantee results. The HTML # code for that character is &#226 which you can use in the manager. As this is a byline that will appear often, I would try using a chunk with the character code in place or add a formatting drop-down item in the manager menu.
