The most important thing is that i don’t see the comments or the form when i click on one post on my main blog page. But i see the form on every summary.
As I wrote in my previous post, I think you placed your Jot snippet call in your Ditto template chunk.
I don’t know how many posts are there for Ditto to summarize, but you have to place your Jot snippet call in the content field of all the posts.
If no one can give me simple examples of the snippets, chunks and pages for a simple blog, unfortunately i’ll have to go for Wordpress again which will be a huge pain in my heart.
Good example is to install MODx with its demo contents. there’s sample blog system there.
Why don’t you make a subdirectory and install another MODx with demo contents in there ?
And there’s a simple document about creating basic blog in the MODx wiki.
http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Basic_Blog
Why not following to this document ?
Regarding WordPress and MODx blog, there are so many discussions about it in this forum.
IMHO, if you think blogging feature is very important to your site, choosing WordPress is better choice.
And if you would like to integrate MODx and WordPress, there is a snippet and plugin to do so ( called WordPressIntegrator ). But it is a little difficult to use in my experience.
I hope you enjoy flexibleness of MODx !!
