You would need a Ditto call and a Reflect call, one for each instance that you want to output.
To display the results in the ditto call you need to use the id parameter to identify the ditto call to use for the results. However the results do not need to be on the same page, in which case you need to use the targetID parameter.
You could have a results page like this:

Note that this is from a site using the 2.0 version, I have not used the new 2.1 release together with Reflect so there may be some changes. The [+wp_month+] placeholders are set by reflect’s as part of the wp config.
