news headline and teaser

I have a website with a general news page (container), within which are 3 different topics.

My ditto call on the news page is

[!Ditto? &id=`blog` &startID=`15,14,13` &tpl=`tpl_Blog` &sortBy=`createdon` &summarize=`7` &dateFormat=`%d.%m.%Y` &truncText=`далее...` &paginate=`1`!]

The problem here is that ditto is not summarizing the articles but is posting them in full.

All I want to appear is a headline and teaser.

How should i adapt my code for this?

I think you need summary extender, so you should add "&extenders=`summary`".
And what is the content of tpl_Blog chunk ?

Below is the &tpl_blog chunk. Its just copied from the demo site

 <h4><a href="[~[+id+]~]">[+date+] : [+title+] </a></h4>
<p>  </p>
  <p>[+content+]</p>

Then you should change [+content+] to [+summary+].
About summary extender read this document.

Thank you very much. It worked a treat.

All i need now is to figure out how to get either "next" and "back" or page numbers for when I have more articles than will fit on the page.
