Parse placeholders outside ditto template

Hi,
is there a way to parse/render ditto placeholders [+tagLiks+] outside a ditto template? I need to put them somewhere else on the page but it seems the whole page is not parsed by ditto.
I tried to push variables directly into ditto via url, but that failed at combining the variables (tags).
Having two ditto calls with same ID ??
