I’m trying to build a blog where only registered users can read the full post and anonymous visitors only see the title + a short description (a TV)
I sort of got it to work with a combination of Ditto and Personalize but that only works for the overview page. As soon as somebody enters the the direct URL for the entire post, they still get to read it, logged in or not.
can somebody point me in the right direction?

I’m aware that there’s different user groups. I’m struggling with the fact that i’d like the same blog post to show different content to registered users (full content) or visitors (just title + a TV)
You may be doing this already, but ...
Personalize shows one chunk to logged-in users and another to not-logged-in users. You want to put a different Ditto call in each of these chunks and no Ditto call in the document itself.
I’d recommend forgetting about the chunks and Personalize for now and just work on creating the two Ditto calls that each do what you want. Then, put one in each chunk, refer to them in the Personalize call in the document and you’re done.
