Ditto extenders are not working?

I been developing websites with modx and I think it’s great although at the moment I am a bite stuck with the following problem:

Situation:
I am developing a website and I need to filter some documents by a complex filter. Because I can’t use AND in a normal ditto filter I have been trying to use extenders.

Because with my code it doesn’t work I went back to the example that comes with Ditto.

I have create a document with pagetitle = foo and here is my ditto call:

[[Ditto? &id=`query` &parents=`8` &extenders =`example`]]

I understand that it should show only the documents under the folder id=8 which pagetitle="foo".

What I am missunderstanding?

What version of Ditto are you using? You might want to upgrade to the development version as it fixes a few minor bugs in the example extender.

I am using modx version 0.9.6.1p2 width ditto 2.0.2.

I think this is the last release. When you say the "development version" do you mean this one o a new one?

Yes you were right, I have installed the rc1 version and the problem it’s solved.
