sorting by event date question

Hi,

I want a list of events to show by actual event date with the most recent first.

So far I have made a tv called MyDate applying it to my template.
The call is
[[Ditto? &parents=`108` &display=`6` &sortBy=`myDate` &dateSource=`myDate` &dateFormat=`%d-%b-%y` &tpl=`LatestEvents`]]

The three test events are showing:
17-Sep-08
18-Jun-08
03-Jun-08

Trouble is I want them the other way round. I want recent date first. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Forget that question, fixed it myself. It seems that if I add &sortDir=`ASC` to the call it reordered it the way I wanted most recent first.
