I have scoured the forum for a relevant post but without luck. I am trying to set up my blog summary as my home page. Each of the individual documents that I create for each blog entry contain an image and I would ideally like to have the image also appear in the summary page. The call that I am using in the parent doc is:
[!Ditto? &summarize=`3` &total=`5` &startID=`4` &tpl=`blog_template` !]
Obviously it is quite simple but I am really stumped as to how I could call the image into it also - particularly since the image in the child document is in the content area.
I am new to this dev stuff and am self-teaching slowly so I’d appreciate any guidance/solutions.

I have found that if I leave the summary blank then the image and initial lines of the post appear in the preview rather than the summary content.
