Javascript Pagination

For those of you javascript ninjas out there, I came across this:
http://plugins.jquery.com/project/pagination

It lets you generate pagination links in javascript which is great when you only want to show the next 5 pages out of 30.
Using the defaults it won’t work with Ditto but with some simple changes it looks like its possible.

What do you mean? Does Drupal (which version) have a plug-in for this? Is it an included feature set? Please elaborate on your response wink
