hey folks,
I need to categorize certain documents in five categories - each document is part of at least one, but maybe also two category - and according to which category the doc belongs, it should appear in the correct ditto call.
I’m not quite sure if you understand what I’m trying to say
so here’s an example:
Document X belongs to category 1 and 2 (which means that the checkboxes "1" and "2" are checked), so it should appear in the ditto-created list with all "1"-docs as well as in the list with all the "2"-docs.
Well, any ideas how to approach this problem? Are checkboxes even the right way? I managed to create a checkbox-tv and filter the list with a yes/no criteria ... checked means that the document should appear in a certain list, unchecked the opposite.
but with more possibilities? how are my ditto calls supposed to look like?
