Ditto as Upcoming Events List

Hey Everyone,

I am sure this has probably been covered elsewhere in the forums or documentation, but after an hour plus of searching I seem to be coming up empty.

All I need to be able to do is list some upcoming events. I thought that Ditto could handle this but I am not sure how/where to set the date of the event and display it in the page. I knew how to do this in Etomite using the alias as the date. But alas, this is not Etomite, nor do I wish it to be, I love MODx. Just having trouble with this one thing.

I don’t need a full blown calendar solution. Just list some events chronologically as headlines or bullet points and display the date of the event.

If you can just point me to the appropriate topic or documentation I would be thankful.

Use a TV (date/time) for the date.

If if doesn’t need to be done with ditto, try something like GoogleEvents
