How to get the parent alias?

I have a FAQ section which lists articles in one big long list, and under each article is a link back to the top of the page. With SEF links switched on you need to put "/[+parent+]/#top" in your hyperlink to make sure it goes back to the same page -- but how do you make it have the parents alias in the link, rather than an integer?
