In document 10 I have a Ditto call with the tagging extender to retrieve all docs with tag = bed.
That’s ok, but I also want to get the children of 10 (13, 14, 15) and finaly have a listing of 13, 14, 15, 12, 16, 17, 18.
But I don’t want to put tag = bed to those (13, 14, 15) documents
How I can do ?

I do not remember very well how the tagging extenders works.
Did you try to set as a "tagdata" the parent field ? and then tags=`bed,10` &tagMode=`onlyTags`
