I’m using the RSS 2.0 spec that shipped with Ditto to output my feeds, however I’m having trouble with browsers, feedburner and readers when they summary text contains any html entities specifically the "…" character which I often use as a trailing character for summaries.
Not sure if this due to the character set being used by the site (latin iso-8***-15) as opposed to UTF-8. How can I get Ditto to decode html entities before it sets the [*introtext*] placeholder when outputing RSS feeds?
Did anyone have an answer to this? I’m getting the same problem

RSS feeds should wrap their content in CDATA tags. Does the Ditto snippet not do this when producing RSS?
