Can you clarify what kind of grouping you are thinking of? I think you are asking something like...
newstvs
tv1
tv2
...
blogtvs
tv8
tv9
...
You can group by template of course, but if you use the same template throughout you may have many many tv’s.
TV itself will not bog you down, the performance of you database will. I would think that a TV would not put much load on the db, but pulling 50-100 per page might slow you down... I’m not the expert though
