Feature Request for Reflect: How about an optional 'All' link?

I’m not sure if this is in the next version, but here goes

I’ve managed to get Reflect working on an archive page alongside a heavily-modified version of TvTagCloud. The Reflect links are in a sidebar and clicking on one reloads the page with the Ditto blocks for the specified range. The clever bit is that Reflect preserves the tag Get arguments created by TvTagCloud links - so that if you’re looking at ’Personal’ posts, for example, the Reflect links all include that tag (which is good because you can zoom into a given category on a given month).

Everything is working perfectly, but I’d really like to have a ’reset’ button - i.e. one that resets to display from all dates, while preserving the category argument (and any other non-Reflect arguments).

Ideally this would sit at the bottom (or top) of the list produced by Reflect, and would include any other Get parameters on the page.

I’ve tried to do this myself, but I’m running into problems with the way the various values inter-relate. I tried manually adding a link to Reflect with no year or other value set and got a single argument of ’id_’ (where id is my Ditto id). This is coming from Ditto’s buildURL function which assumes there will always be a parameter to prefix with the id.

Is this possible? Some pointers to doing it myself will be perfectly fine

One way of handling this would be to have a link, outside of Reflect that sets those values to false. Then modify the dateFilter extender so that if all three of the values are false it will disable itself.

Done, but not knowing my way around the software, I managed to file it as a defect - sorry
