The parse error stopped after I changed the template to default. This page has the reflect and ditto output.
It seems you are using the original reflect_month_tpl chunk that shipped with 0.9.6. This will not work with the latest Reflect SVN versions as it uses a new templatating system that is far more robust. You will need to edit that chunk and add li tags yourself.
