Trouble with NewsPublisher and blogContent

Hello All.
I have installed 0.9.6 MODx (yesterday), but in "Add a Blog Entry" section of Blog I don’t see "Content" field.
All other fields of form are present, but after "Content:" title I see "You’re Done".
I assume what TV [*blogContent*] is not processing...
I call NewsPublisher: [!NewsPublisher? &folder=`2` &canpost=`Site Admins` &formtpl=`FormBlog` &footertpl=`Comments` &makefolder=`1` &rtcontent=`tvblogContent`!] , blogContent with ’tv’ is in params... What is wrong?
And, why after installation, by default a lot of things do not work =((((
it requires correction in authorization module, registration module...
But I cannot repair Content field in Blog ... Need your help!

Hi Jema,
I had the same problem few minutes ago, with default installation of modx.
The problem was with template, because newspublisher page had BLANK instead of Minimal Template (in my case).
So, just attach template to your news publish page and make sure that TV template access is linked to your template.
