BLOG. DITTO. Caching problem. Ditto doesn't display new doc until *clear cache*

Web user create a new document in the BLOG folder. Ditto doesn’t display it on the website page until somebody clear the site cache in manager area?
I make [[Ditto...]] and [!Ditto...!] calling without result.

Why not just add &clearcache=`1` to your NewsPublisher call? Then there would be no problems.

With big number of blog users frequent cache cleaning come big problem. Sorry for bad english.
And also we lose cache functon.

why Ditto make request not directly MySQL with [!Ditto...!] uncaching calling?
For what reason?
Can i make interaction between Ditto and MySQL direct?

The cache has to be updated for the meta-data of the new page to be included in the site cache file. This has nothing to do with Ditto...
