How do I filter my Ditto output by restricting it to showing results by the contents of a folder?
So I have a folder with an id of 79 and my startid is 79 - I only want to show the documents in the result that have a parent of 79.
Does that make sense?!
Not really all that clear... what exactly do you need to filter out ?
Ditto only displays the immediate children of your parent documents by default (e.g &depth default value is 1), I fail to see what your problem is, or maybe you need to hide document with children ? if so, use &hideFolders=`1`

I didn’t realise but Ditto already seems to do what I’m asking.
I have a document (78) which holds my call (startid 79) to display pages in parent folder (79). I didn’t realise that Ditto would then stop at only displaying the documents within that parent - I thought it would display every document after 79 whether it was in that folder or not!

Don’t be sorry, it could make sense, the default value being &depth=`1` is not obvious though it’s smart on Mark’s part to not make it parse all document levels
