This should prevent people using SplitPagination but extends ditto with an attribute pageperpages where they can choose how much pages shall be shown... Nice solution, way better then SplitPagination. If you want to use it anyway, you can find it here: http://modxcms.com/extras/package/97

You can also use this edited version of splitPagination http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,14590.msg173392.html#msg173392

just put [!splitPagination!] immediately following a Ditto call and use [+splitPages+] placeholder instead of [+pages+]
