So this is the problem then. Duplicating a document does not clear the cache. Try creating a new document, ensuring the checkbox is checked, and looking at the Ditto output. If it works, then there is a bug in the MODx code for duplicating documents.
It would appear this is the case.
It’s not a bug, it’s a feature. I don’t want duplicated documents (especially if published and set to show in menu) to instantly appear without me "making it so". And frankly, who would?
